As my gal pal (I am totally dreaming over here) Miranda Lambert says “Go and fix your makeup, girl, it’s just a breakup” - Lucky for you though, you won’t have to find your place on a local barstool under that neon light. We are here to make this breakup a little easier!

Boutique Exclusives are products that are IN STOCK at the boutique + ready to be sent to their forever closets! For BOUTIQUE EXCLUSIVES we do our VERY BEST to package and ship your items the same day. At the very least we can guarantee they will be fulfilled and shipped EXPEDITED via Canada Post at no additional cost to you, within 1-3 business days.
If you are hoping to receive your items by a specific date, you can select + pay for a quicker shipping method at your checkout but we ask that you please reach out using our CONTACT PAGE and we can let you know if we can make that happen for you. There are absolutely no guarantees from us on the delivery time of your product once it leaves our hands and into the distribution system. We do however, ensure you have all the information you need to track your deliveries. Please allow for an extra business day over Canadian holidays, Canada Post is not open on statutory holidays. 


If you are local & selected IN STORE PICKUP at your online checkout, please be assured our team will be emailing/notifying you AS SOON AS YOUR ORDER IS PACKED & READY FOR PICK UP. You can pick up your order after you receive notification from our team during regular store hours. If you need to pick up your order ASAP + haven't heard from us, please reach out via email at or message us on social media with your order number.

We offer free shipping on orders over $75; We totally give a ship about you! We offer $10 flat rate shipping to our Canadian customers on orders under $75. For our friends in the US we offer $15 flat rate shipping on orders under $75. 

ONLINE EXCLUSIVES are products that we do NOT have stocked in store, and are shipping directly from our warehousing distribution centre in North America. We offer personally sourced, trusted & quality vetted brands that our customers know and love. Shipped direct to you from our manufacturer. These products range in shipping times from 2-10 business days. Be sure to read your product descriptions carefully to ensure you know when your items will ship. If you order a product that we do not have in stock, and have selected "IN STORE PICK UP" at the check out, we will notify you as soon as possible and take care of your customer request during regular store hours.

Items that are online exclusive may be stocked in store in store as well, so just ask and our amazing team will let you know. You can also head over to our Instagram or VIP Facebook group to view try ons on our online exclusive products!


If you have made an order that contains merchandise that is available to ship from the store as well as items that ship within 2-10 business days we will fulfill all in stock and ready to ship items within 1-3 business days and you will receive your other items in a separate shipment.




If it’s just not working out the way you’d always imagined, not a problem, we're here to make it right;
      • We will gladly offer you an in store credit on all items that were not final sale + we are happy to offer you an exchange when available. Due to items selling out fast, an exchange on the same item is not always possible but we can offer you an exchange on a different item or issue you a store credit should you still want to return the item. 

      • You MUST communicate with the Bold & Brassy team within 5 business days of receiving your online order. That is a generous amount of time to try on, inspect and ensure you love your goods. If you do not communicate within that time frame, it is assumed your love affair with your items is stronger than ever.

      • You have 7 days to request a refund, exchange or have an in-store credit issued if you purchased your items in store.

      • You have 7 business days from the time of tracking number delivery to request a store credit if you purchased your items online.
      • In store credits can be used both in store + online!
      • Please note we do not refund the costs to send the item back.

      • We would be happy to send you a return label at no cost to you whatsoever. We will offer ONE exchange credit + return label per item/order. 

      • All store credits expire the same year they were issued on December 31 of that year. Store credits cannot be combined and or split up among several orders. 

      • Gift cards do NOT expire. If you are issued a gift card from our team, it will not expire and you can use both in store and online.

      • If a refund does occur it will be charged back to the card/account that was used in the initial purchase. No exceptions. 

      • Items must be in new condition - no signs of wear, tags attached, unwashed, unaltered, stain free, makeup-free, smoke-free and deodorant free.

      • We reserve the right to issue the store-credit at our discretion. Typically we issue a store credit once we receive the merchandise back from an exchange or return request. This ensures we do not receive fraudulent requests. However; our team is very generous and willing to make exceptions on an individual basis.
      • Items purchased ON SALE are FINAL SALE. If you simply want to exchange for a different size, that is most certainly welcome, when the product is available!
      • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
      • Feel free to ship your returned merchandise at your own discretion but we do encourage you to use a form of delivery confirmation, as the responsibility of the item(s) is yours, at this point.
      • If you're exchanging and worried about your new size/colour being sold out by the time your package arrives, let us know what you need via email OR our official Facebook page and we're happy to reserve your new item until your exchange makes it back to us.
      • You’re welcome to reuse the package that your order arrived in - we encourage re-using + recycling!
      • Pretty please with a cherry on top inspect your order as soon as it arrives! We cannot fix what we don't know. If there happens to be an issue with anything, please contact us immediately so we can take good care of you! We will always do the right thing and put serving you above all else.
Upon arrival, your return will be processed within 1-3 business days. If it’s important that you know when your return arrived, please refer to your means of Delivery Confirmation. * NOTE: WE GUARANTEE when your orders/gifts leave the Bold & Brassy Boutique headquarters they are wrapped up pretty & professionally. We cannot guarantee perfection especially when your package is in the delivery chain. Please, your understanding of this is most appreciated. 
Additionally, to ensure our manufacturers are meeting our expectations for quality, please notify us of any ONLINE EXCLUSIVES that you receive that are damaged, not packaged well etc. We want to ensure you receive the same consistent quality from us and our partners whether you are in store or online.
